(2)On July 23, 2025, the Corporation’s Board of Directors authorized and announced a $40 billion common stock repurchase program (2025 Repurchase Program), effective August 1, 2025, to replace the previously disclosed repurchase program, which expired on August 1, 2025. During the three months ended June 30, 2026, pursuant to the 2025 Repurchase Program, the Corporation repurchased approximately 112 million shares, or $6.0 billion, of its common stock.
