And most significant of all, I am delighted to inform that based on Your Company's sustained financial and operational excellence, Government of India on 19 th June 2026 has upgraded the status of CPCL from Miniratna Schedule-A to Navratna , one among only 28 such CPSEs in India . It provides enhanced operational and financial autonomy to accelerate growth and value creation for Shareholders.
As we look ahead, CPCL's business expansion plans are centred on strengthening the core, creating value and integrating forward. An expansion of refining capacity is under study along with integrating petrochemicals into the product basket. The Group II/III Lube Oil Base Stocks Project will further strengthen our presence in high-value products, while our retail business under the SOOPER brand-with a licence for 300 retail outlets pan India-will enable greater customer connect and forward integration.
